FOTE, Alex Thomas, age 89, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties.  Alex was a Pharmacist and owned Alex’s Pharmacy.  He was a member of The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.  Alex was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas & Janoula; sisters, Mary Fote Kookootsedes, Loula Fote.  He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Photini “Tina”; sons & daughters-in-law, Thomas & Tricia, Charles & Missy, Christopher & Tonja; grandchildren, Alexander, Elizabeth, Christina, Alexandra and Nicholas; and many other relatives & friends.

Funeral service 11 AM Thursday, October 3, 2024 at The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 500 Belmonte Park North with Father Anthony Cook officiating.  Interment Woodland Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 AM until service time at the church.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Alex’s memory.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Marker & Heller Funeral Homes.
