Betty Jane Booher

BOOHER, Betty Jane, age 93, of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, September 29, 2023. Betty was born March 28,1930 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Frank and Etta Yee. For many years, Betty was a bartender at Holiday Inn and Annarino’s Supper Club. In her later years, she enjoyed her job as a cashier at Meijer’s. Betty was an avid golfer at Kitty Hawk Golf Course. She also enjoyed fishing and playing card games with friends. 

She is survived by her daughters Debbie Lahman (Ron Howard) of Centerville, Terry Miracle (Ron Hinds) of Huber Heights; son, Reg Hixon (Veronica Wells) of Huber Heights; grandchildren, Tiffany (Brian) Page, Trevor (Christy) Lahman, Chatam Miracle, Megan (Dave) Lovett, Anthony (Lindsay) Hixon; great grandchildren, Lauren, Hayden, Olivia, Alyssa, Eli, Austin, Julia, Turner, Kai, Siler; other relatives and friends.

Funeral service is at 12 Noon Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM Thursday until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton in Betty’s memory.
