RHOADES, Chassity Marie, age 51, of Dayton, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026 at her residence.  Chassity worked as a Customer Service Representative for Teleperformance for 5 years.  She was preceded in death by her grandson, Wyatt Hale.  Chassity is survived by her loving husband, Nicholas Warner, Jr.; parents, James & Cathy Rhoades; daughter, Alicia Lennartz; son, Jesse (Bethany) Hale; grandchildren, Riley, Meredith, Eleanor, Charlie; sister, Melissa Hendricks; brother, Jimmy Rhoades; and many other relatives & friends.  Private services.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Marker & Heller Funeral Homes.
