Dorothy Sue Gill

GILL, Dorothy Sue, age 88, of Brookville, OH, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Brookhaven Retirement Community.  Dorothy was a former poll worker for the Montgomery County Board of Elections, a member of the Harvest Chapter # 564 OES, Real Estate agent for several years, and worked at Weisenborn Middle School in the cafeteria.  Preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Dean in 2024, parents and numerous siblings.  Surviving are her daughter & son-in-law, Kathryn S. & William C. Burson, III; son & daughter-in-law, Jeffrey D. & Kimberly Gill; 3 grandchildren, Taylor (Melanie) Gill, Jennifer Gill, and William Burson, IV; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Service 11 AM Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike.  Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 AM until service time.  Interment Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her memory.  Special Thank You to all the staff at Brookhaven Retirement Community for their love and care.
