Jean Ann Dickens Obituary

DICKENS, Jean Ann, age 88, of Huber Heights, passed away Monday, January 15, 2024 at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. Jean was a computer programmer for EDS for 15 years, a charter member of St. Peter Catholic Church, member of Till ‘N’ Tell Garden Club and a member of the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs Judge Emeritus.

She was preceded by her beloved husband, Arnold E. Dickens Jr.; son, David B. Dickens; parents, John & Bernadette Grilliot; brothers, Reverend Thomas Grilliot & Harold Grilliot. Jean is survived by her daughter, Janet M. Dickens and her wife, Valerie Fasimpaur; sister, Rose & husband, Marty Kuntz; grandchildren, Kelli Smith and Aleisha Dickens; great grandchildren, Sebastian, Serenity & Jesselle; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Monday, January 22, 2024 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6161 Chambersburg Road with Father Kyle Schnippel celebrant. The family will receive friends at the Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike from 2-4 PM Sunday.
