Jennifer Lynn Plummer (Pfahl) passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on December 20, 2023.  She is survived by her best friend and husband, TJ Plummer, her father, Dan Pfahl, sisters, Julie (Pfahl) Harrison and Jackie (Pfahl) Reidy, brothers-in-law, Andrew Harrison, Tom Reidy, and John Plummer, sister-in-law, Michelle, nieces, Molly, Courtney, Amanda, and Elizabeth and nephew, Griffin.  Jen was preceded in death by her mother Verna Pfahl, who passed in March 2023. 

Jen grew up on the lake in Port Clinton, OH and graduated from the University of Dayton.  After, college Jen lived in Chicago until moving back to Dayton to be with her one true love, TJ.  There, Jen tried to foster dogs that needed homes, but her compassion led to permanent homes instead of temporary ones.  Jen loved her dogs Maggie, Murphy, Miller and Marigold to pieces. 

Jen always valued one-on-one time with her family and friends.  She appreciated beauty and things that were handmade with care.  The flowers and produce from her garden were  immaculate. She devoured good books.   Her penmanship was artistic, and she took care to address every envelope and gift tag with such style and care that it became hard to distinguish if the gift was on the inside or outside of the package. She would laugh until she cried at a funny movie.  Always sentimental, Jen created scrapbooks filled with carefully chosen pictures for those she loved that included hidden sprinkles of mischievousness to make them laugh. 

Though she shied away from attention, her wit and perfectly timed humor drew people in. She will always be missed, and those who knew her will take a piece of her with them forever.
