LOWE, Kelly E., age 51, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital.  Kelly was the Director of Environmental Services at Widow’s Home of Dayton.  She was preceded in death by her dad, Pete Shepherd.  Kelly is survived by her loving husband, Jerry E. II; mom, Glenda “Faye” Shepherd; sons & daughter-in-law, Jeremy Lowe & Lizz Weekley, Jacob Lowe; brothers, Timothy Shepherd, Mooch Shepherd (Tricia); mother-in-law, Barbara Lowe; brother-in-law, Derrick Lowe; Aunt, Sharon; and many other relatives & friends.  She was a loving wife and loving mother. 

Graveside service 1 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Calvary Cemetery.  Followed by a Celebration of Life at 2 PM at American Legion Post 586, 377 North 3rd Street, Tipp City, OH  45371.
