PROTOS, Nicholas G. age 72, of Dayton, passed away Friday, August 15, 2025 at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. Nick was a long time member of The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. He was a member of the AHEPA for over 50 years and was a past president of AHEPA Chapter # 113. He also served as a District Governor for AHEPA.

Nick was preceded in death by his wife, Rubyann; and 2 sisters. He is survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Rick Newman was a special friend, helping Nick for many years.

Funeral services 11 AM Tuesday August 26, 2025 at The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 500 Belmonte Park North with Father Anthony Cook Officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 AM Tuesday until service time. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church in Nick’s memory.
