BULLARD, Phillip G., age 27, of Tipp City, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024.  Phillip was currently a Correctional Officer at River City Correctional Center, and loved his job. He grew up attending Christian Life Center, and was a Tipp City graduate.  Phillip earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Lee University.  He loved nature, outdoor activities, and earned his Eagle Scout Badge.  Phillip also enjoyed playing tennis, pickle ball, and developed a love for reading. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Carole & R. James Meikle; and paternal grandfather, Bill Bullard.  Phillip is survived by his parents, Roger & Susie Bullard; sister, Abigail & Hayden Boone; niece, Brynn; nephew, Nathan; paternal grandmother, Linda Bullard; numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives & friends.

Funeral service 10:00 AM Friday, November 15, 2024 at Christian Life Center, 3489 Little York Road, Dayton.  Pastor Stan Tharp & Pastor Libby Martin officiating.  Interment Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7 PM at Christian Life Center.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to TNT Recovery Ranch, 5042 SR 222, Batavia, Ohio  45103 or On Our Way Home Organization, 401 Market Street, New Richmond, Ohio  45157 in Phillip’s memory.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Marker & Heller Funeral Homes.
