SLADE, Rufus, age 64, of Camden, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 14, 2026 at his residence. Rufus was the Property Manager at Woodland Cemetery & Arboretum, retiring after many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaylord & Edna Slade; brother, Marshall. Rufus is survived by his daughters & sons-in-law, Ashley & Jonathan Risner, Jessica Creager, Kayla Slade, Olivia & Cullen Abernathy; sisters, Tammy Inwood & Joanna Graham; brothers, Roy & Gaylord Slade; 13 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and many other relatives & friends.
Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Funeral services entrusted to Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel.
